How To Install an Electronic Deadbolt(Beginner Level)
Its flow velocity*area not windspeed*volume, that would give units of m^4/s which makes no sense.
Started out by browsing at a Hunter Douglass reseller, since I got a new house a few years back. Few of the homes I looked at touted that they had them installed. So, got an estimate to see what it'd roughly be for a few windows (and then for the whole house for fun) and... 🤯lol. Yeah, yours were expensive $500/ea but what I was looking at was north of $1.2-$1.5k/ea. I still got some just for my home office (I may gradually add more over time if I'm satisfied with them) but that alone ran me about $2k for just a few windows. They are high end but damn I was surprised with how expensive it could get, for sure.
He’s negative.
Isn't that a marble saw?
It's numbers appear to be way off since I get better cleaning with the 45 degree tip and my 2800PSI gas washer. That said, it's a step in the right direction for electric since it doesn't need the rotary tip to get decent PSI. Anyone getting a pressure washer, be it gas or electric/battery, I can't emphasize enough to get a surface cleaner. I've found they've cut my flat surface cleaning times by 2/3 to 3/4s of doing it with a fan tip.

Great tips! Thanks!!!!!!!
Spade shovel was 👌🏼
Good tips. My top row of drawers are slab and the lowers are all framed, so I went center mounted on the top and placed the handles on the top rail of the lower drawers. My door/drawer rail and stiles are on the thicker side (2 -1/2"). If I had mounted them centered like the top, then the handles would have been on the inset panel and pushed back, not line up when viewed from the side. It also makes them a bit easier to reach and looks nice since all framed doors and drawers have their handles located on the rail or stile of the frames (besides providing a more ridged location to mount).
It's good practice to draw your line 70mm or so beyond the cut end so you can stay true ..
My husband used silicone in our bathroom and I hate it. It looks so dirty, I’m about to take it up and use caulk. Don’t use silicone guys!!!
3:37 this moment 😂😂😂 had to back up a min.
wipe you're caulk
I'd be interested in seeing more on this. Really as much on this subject as possible. I've been watching videos reviewing stud finders and it freaks me how inaccurate they can be. I like the concept of avoiding the middle of the stud but I don't want to rely on someone else having done their job right in order to avoid 'pandemonium'. 💦 🔥 ⚡️ I knicked a wire for a fan heater in my bathroom once before when I was putting up a shower rail. I didn't find out until I turned it on at the wall and it started sparking... I've got the fear.
Actually most of our walls in the States is drywall aka Gypsum Plaster. Older homes can have brick.
Be careful with merv 11 and 13 you don't want to collapse the ducts
Great advice. I naturally figured out that cutting the tip small and at an angle helped a ton, but I love the sanding and gun tips. Thank you!
Too many trades have accidentally naughty phrases but none so much as this. Well done on the delivery, great explanation, here’s hoping I don’t go eff up my bathroom project 👍🏽
Thank you so much for this video!!!

Here are some pro tips from a real painter with 25+ years experience. Tip #1 Use a Wet Rag and keep a bucket of water close. Tip #2 Never ever ever use a paper towel. It can fall apart and put trash in your hard work. When your rag gets dirty rinse it in the bucket and ring it out. Dirty water drips will leave a haze . I use 1 rag to do an entire house. Tip #3 Clean the tip and your finger after every swipe with your rag. Tip #4 Tape only works if you smooth it down completely. Don't leave it too long or it will peel the paint and texture underneath. Tip #5 Wet your finger or caulking tool before you smooth it out. Tip #6 Don't push too hard with your finger when smoothing it. Think of it like you're icing a cake. If you have a big crack fill it completely. Run your finger down one side smoothing it against the wall. Then do the other side smoothing it against the trim. Get your finger really wet and then smooth the ridge in the center.
What about outside on wood siding? What would you recommend?
Thanks. - Two hands on the saw. Cutting your fingers probability drops to zero. Also provides you with better control in case of kickback. - Do not use a dull blade. - Ear protection. - Clamping the work piece with two clamps, minimum.
Great video! I bought a cheap $99 electric pressure washer about ten years ago for around the house. It’s not as powerful as the one you reviewed…but it serves the purpose for my needs. I do hate dragging a power cord around…but it’s not that big of a deal.
It’s not going to read all the comments to see if anyone else commented on this but, the thumbnail picture says “capenter’s worst enemy”.
nice is there a window screen option as well? wondering if you could do the same type of video
what a caulk
I brought an electric Greenworks 2900 psi model. Power washed the deck, did well. Washed two cars again did well. On / off button for when plugged in but not using. Go electric for home use, no gas, no oil changes, no filters or any other issues assisted with gas.
Our furnace filter is 20-25-4 but that’s little tight : should we use 3 inch filter ?
Getting ready to tackle this and …..The shovel technique mighta just saved my back
I make thousands of shims as a trim carpenter and im still respectfully scared of the table saw
NO air restriction! Whole house? Depending, a person may use two room air purifiers. Everything depends on everything (in regard to the system), mainly, how clean do you _need,_ or want the air... _but NO air restriction!_
Thump up for the hard working dogs!
I personally do not understand all the table saw accidents. I have been using one with no guards for 40 years and I still have all ten digits. #1 rule if your gut says this is not a good Idea stop and rethink it
Coerce is the worst word in English language history. I hate it. Great video.
Yesterday I did a search for "best way to cut carpet" (I'm installing hardwood) and this video was the second one suggested. Thank you so much for these tips! They were all spot on fantastic, but the shovel tip is the best. Today I prepped my 16' x 24' living room for the hardwood install - carpet removal, tack board removal, staple removal, all of it, and I was done in three hours. Out of five rooms I've put hardwood flooring in, this room is the biggest and the prep time was shortest. You saved me a bunch of time and a whole bunch of hassle!
Happy the tips helped🍻
What color flooring and what kind do you have installed in your house in this video. Darker flooring underneath your test planks.??? Thanks!
Great video. Very helpful. Thank you.
Would finger joint stop work if I rip that? I’m trying to figure out how to cover some gaps between floating floor edges and baseboards. Baseboards just aren’t thick enough to cover all the gaps because the flooring I installed had instructions to leave 1/2” to 3/4” gap on outside for expansion. I don’t want to get thicker baseboards because I want baseboards to be thinner than casing.
the saying goes you live and learn, I have about - 5 - of those kind of blades that I thought were useless because you cannot cut anything with them, and I have a lot of old caulking to remove, thank you so much for sharing
Help!! I opened mine there isn't one inside mine...I was told it's a filter outside to my unit outside
Great to see that it’s able to get the job done but I hate that Amazon lets these third-party sellers blatantly lie about their specs. I appreciate the video though because I’m actually in the market for a pressure washer right now and I kept seeing these 4000 psi 120V electric pressure washers which I just know is BS.
Incredibly useful stuff and the way you present it is really easy to follow! Thanks!
I used Sawzalls for a decade before I ever heard the term "reciprocating saw".
Put the installation date on the filter
got a hammer drill stop drilling and the chuck keeps tirning and the drill bit falls out..In the process of trying to get the chuck off..
The first part of this is hilarious
"Tell me you're in Canada without telling me" *Pulls out Tim Hortons Cup*
Will this help us a close double door with a top catch is not high enough to catch? Also, any tips on a floated barn door puller the header from the wall up top? Still feels solid where bolted, header just pulling away on top and sides. Thanks!
Thank you, question, there is also - MASRERSEAL - NP125 - what is the difference, and can it be used on drywall seal a seam
